The team will still meet in the off season during their designated class times twice a week for conditioning. This will either take place on the track or in the weight room. Players should be ready to work out on those days.
Players should be sure to continue participating in all team events, fundraisers and communications.
During the Off Season players are still encouraged to participate in outside tournaments, lessons and activities to keep their skills sharp.
Summer Practice Dates (optional)
Typically during the summer there are days scheduled for team practice sessions. This participation is optional but highly encouraged. You can find sign ups for the current summer session dates HERE.
